Hope this finds you well. We just wanted to give you a heads up about tonight's Halloween Rampage party at Triangle and VANO.

Some of you might've heard that the police have been making things a little difficult to run events in Osaka. Well, it seems that this will be put to the test tonight as there is a strange law in Japan that makes it difficult for clubs to allow dancing after 1am. Weird, huh? Well we want you know that we're doing our best to run the party as it should be run, but there’s a few things you can help us with by keeping them in mind.

please be sensible about what you're doing outside the front of the venues.
Remind everyone that this is a PRIVATE event and to ask for their invitation at the door.
Also, try and get there early so you can get your fill.

英検3級ほどの英語力で東洋人以外の外国人とからもうと無意味な努力をしている女性を日本在住の英語圏の連中は外人ハンターと呼んでいます。

できるだけ関わらんようにしてるけど、彼女達も30近くになると、一見外人ハンターではないようにふるまってたりします。

そんななかの2人が少し前に僕の飲み友達と付き合い始めて、案の定最近別れました。
夜中に訳のわからん愚痴の電話かけてきたり、ノイローゼ気味に振舞って回りに迷惑かけて、ほんま勘弁してほしいです。

ハンターさんは、愛さえあれば言葉の壁など関係ないと思っているようですが、それは勘違いやし、せいぜい2年くらいの滞在で帰国するつもりの英語講師連中は、それ以前に真剣に恋愛するつもりの奴は少数派です。

ええかげん気つけよ30にもなってるねんから。

明日、甲子園での阪神、巨人戦を見にいきます。

多国籍軍団の10人でレフト側の外野席、1900円プラス手数料105円from ローソンチケットです。

阪神、調子悪いし、平日やから外野とはいえ、ライト側の席取ろうと思ったけど、10人分の席の空きは残ってませんでした。

10人のうち何人かはもうすぐ帰国してしまうので一応、送別会的な意味もあり、まわりに迷惑かけない程度に酔っ払う予定です。

この夏でジェット講師1年になるロンドンっ子のロブ君、日本が気に入って日本語の勉強も熱心な友人です。

前からイギリスの免許を日本の免許に書き換えしようと言っていたのですが、僕を含めて付き添いの日本人と日取りが合わずにのびのびになっていました。

こうなったら一人で行こうと、先週一人で明石の運転免許試験場に乗り込んで日本の免許にかきかえてきたそうです。

書き換えには試験とかは無く、いくつかのどうでもよいような質問に答えるだけで簡単ですが、言葉の壁が面倒なんで、それを一人でがんばった彼には感心します。

数いる外人ハンターさんの中では英語の勉強に関してはまじめな元神戸女学院のAさん、ドイツ人の彼氏ができたとは聞いていたのですが、何を思ったのか、その男と結婚すると言って学校を中退して昨日ドイツに旅立ってしまいました。

詳しい理由は知りませんが、両親もよく許可したなーと思います。

今となってはgood luckとしか言いようないけど、一時的な気分の盛り上がりの勢いっぽいので正直言うと”アホやなー”です。

女性は愛があれば大丈夫って考える人が（特に外人ハンターさん達）多いようですが、それは勘違いです。

先日、明石の西部でアメリカさん、イギリス君と3人でスシローで飯食べてました。

たわいのない会話の流れで2人が聞いたことのない日本語の歌を歌いだしました。
それがハムソーセージの歌です。

彼らのアパートの近くにあるイトーヨーカドーの食品売り場で流れているってことで、食後そこまでいくと確かにながれていました。
日本ハムのハム製品の販売促進の子供向けの歌みたいです。

彼ら以外の外国人講師にも人気がある曲だそうです。

日本語の勉強にはええとは思うけど。

昨日、約2年振りにアメリカ人の友人が関空着で来日しています。

まだ会ってはないけど、日曜に会う予定です。
1週間ほどの滞在なんですが久しぶりなんで楽しみです。

スペインからパーティーで空けたスパークリングワインの空ボトルの写真がきました。

わざわざ並べるのも面倒やったんやろなとも思うけど、確かにすごい数です。

発泡酒とかセコイ酒で馬鹿騒ぎするのとはえらい違いやな。
